The terms and conditions outlined below apply to sales of Simay Azadi’s exclusive products and any payment as financial support or contribution to Simay Azadi.
Please take time to read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, do not place orders for our products, or do not make any payment as a contribution. If you do place an order or make a payment as a contribution, you thereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this section.

Orders - All orders can be placed online through the website. All orders are subject to availability and will be processed and completed upon receipt of full payment, or approval of the credit transaction. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Completion of orders and shipment of products are subject to availability.

Method of Payment - Payment for products or contributions can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard, …..), electronic wire transfers, and personal or corporate checks made payable to the Simay Azadi. If a credit card is utilized to make a purchase, the cardholder's name, as it appears on the card, must be provided along with the expiration date. Credit card fraud is illegal and violations are subject to prosecution in accordance with UK law.

Currency – Payments can be paid in GBP or any other currency you wish.

Delivery - Delivery of products generally is conducted via the Internet and products are shipped through Post or courier services. We ship electronic products on CD (Compact Disk) or DVD (Digital Versatile Disk) using postal service. We can also ship through fast courier services with additional shipping costs. The period of delivery should not exceed 14 days, unless specifically agreed to with the viewer. We will immediately inform viewers of expected delays in shipment.

Refund  & cancellation policy - All sales of products are final, unless faulty or wrong item(s) has been dispatched, , they may also be returned for a full refund within 14 days if they are shipped back to us at the customer's expense. In case a payment is placed as a contribution by mistake the same amount can be refunded fully once we receive a request in writing from the concerned viewer or card holder within 14 days from the date of payment.

Limitation of Liability – Viewer agrees that the contribution is made to support the production of the content on Simay Azadi or to fund satellite fees. However, Simay Azadi does not  guarantee that the viewers who donate will have access to view the content should a satellite failure or similar problems arise.

Privacy - Our product order forms request information from the customer or viewer as required to conduct transactions. The customer or viewer must provide contact information, such as contact name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and financial information (credit card number and expiration date) necessary for the sale or acceptance of contributions. This information may be used for shipping purposes and to fill the customer or viewer order. Simay Azadi will not disclose this information to any other parties under any circumstances.

Security - Simay Azadi take all necessary precautions to protect customer or viewers’ credit card and personal information. This information is not made available to any outside agency. When sensitive information is submitted via the website, that information is encrypted and is protected during transfer with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL; a protocol for transmitting private documents via the Internet) authenticated by VeriSign. The computer servers on which personal and credit card information is collected and stored are maintained in a totally secure environment.

Miscellaneous - In the event that any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable part were not part of these Terms.
